Terms and Conditions

🕒 Check‑In / Check‑Out

  • Check‑In Time: 3 PM

  • Check‑Out Time: 10 AM

This ensures we have enough time to clean and prep the camper for the next guest.

📘 Payments & Deposits

  • $150 reservation deposit due at booking (applied to your rental total)

  • Remaining balance due 30 days before departure

  • $750 security deposit required before your trip Released within 48 hours after the camper is returned in good condition

🧹 Camper Return Expectations

Please return the camper in the same condition you received it:

  • Sweep the floor (broom provided)

  • Wash and put away any dishes you used

  • Tidy up the space

⛺ Awning Policy

Awnings are not allowed unless you choose to use one with a $1,500 security deposit. Insurance does not cover awning damage.

🚭 No Smoking

No smoking inside the camper. A $300 fee will be charged if smoking occurs

📝 Rental Agreement

A full rental agreement will be emailed to you and must be signed before your trip.

💧 Water Policy

  • Need the camper filled with fresh water? Let us know at reservation time. NO COST TO FILL THE TANK!

  • We do not return to refill water or empty tanks during your stay.

  • Please conserve water — tank capacity is limited.

🚽 Tank Dumping Policy

If you are towing the camper yourself, you are required to dump the black and grey tanks before returning the camper. If the tanks are not emptied, a $200 dump fee will be charged.

If you choose delivery service, tank dumping is included — no extra fee and nothing you need to do.

❌ Early Departure

If you end your trip early, no refund is given for unused nights.

🔄 Camper Substitution

If something unexpected happens, we may substitute your camper with a comparable model. You’ll be notified if this occurs.
